Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Lamloumi Cosmetics Trading LLC offers the following shipping rates:

  • Free delivery within the UAE for orders over AED 300
  • AED 15 shipping fee for orders under AED 300 within the UAE
  • AED 40 shipping fee for international orders

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

We use DHL Express for order delivery.

Duties and Taxes

All prices on our website are listed in AED. For international shipments, you may be required to pay applicable duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment confirmation and tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can assist you. You may also be required to contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim process is completed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at brae@lmco.ae.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Cancellations

You are eligible for a full refund, including shipping and handling, only if the order is cancelled before shipment. Once the package is in transit, we are unable to process cancellations, claims, refunds, or other requests. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 30 minutes of checkout.
